Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) is a private, non-profit and state-approved University of Applied Sciences. FHM was founded by medium-sized enterprises and educational institutions in 2000. Since then it has developed into one of the most successful private universities in Germany and established itself as a reliable partner of medium-sized enterprises.
Educating young, talented managerial candidates, it is the goal of FHM to provide students with necessary theoretical and hands-on skills for their later business careers. Pori and Rauma Vocational Colleges, Pori Adult Education Centre and Laitila Vocational College Innova merged into Länsirannikon Koulutus Oy WinNova and began providing educational services together in January 2010. WinNova now offers educational services in vocational education to both young and adult students. It is the largest vocational education provider in the region of Satakunta in western Finland.
Currently, Winnova offers over 30 vocational qualifications in different fields as well as adult education, competence-based qualifications and additional professional trainings. Winnova is involved in over 50 development projects (both EU- and national-funded).

FormAzione Co&So Network, Italy
FormAzione Co&So Network is a Consortium of ten social cooperatives located in the Italian Province of Florence. FormAzione Co&So Network works on public procurement of institutions such as the Municipality or the Province and manages a variety of social services (e.g. job insertion, tutoring of people with disabilities, supporting integration measures addressed to migrants) on their behalf. The personnel of FCN is 10 employees but all together the people working at our associated cooperatives are around 700. FCN is also a training agency accredited to the Region of Tuscany to develop training programmes, especially for disadvantaged groups.
FCN has been working in the field of EU funded projects since 2004, especially in the Erasmus+, LLP, EIF and Daphne programme, both as promoter and partner. It is Quality Certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

Bridges Programmes is a specialist not for profit organisation in Glasgow, Scotland, working for the last 14 years, with those for whom English is a second language including refugees, migrants and the settled BME communities (Black and Minority Ethnic) to develop and facilitate their economic and social integration and inclusion through a variety of work based interventions. These include work placements, employer engagement to foster anti discrimination practices in the work place, awareness raising training and support, recognition of prior experience and learning, skills audits, reflection, empowerment and life skills support and a ten step employability programme. Bridges is the only specialist agency working exclusively in refugee and migrant employability in Scotland and our core service is commissioned by the Scottish Government.
Bridges Programmes has been working on European transnational activity for twelve years. It is recognised as an example of Best Practice in this sector both in the UK and in Europe. Bridges has developed a unique methodology of working closely with employers in growth sectors of the Scottish economy to develop bespoke practice accredited short English language courses which are sector specific and which prepare the beneficiary for a successful work placement enhancing job outcomes. In some sectors including social care the close relationship with employers has meant 70 % of beneficiaries have entered the labour market in these sectors.

Varaždin County is one of the 21 units of regional self-government in Croatia and is situated in the northern part of the country. Its main responsibilities include education, health care, spatial planning, economic development (incl. support for SMEs), local roads/transport infrastructure, and social and cultural issues.
